Primary Responsibilities: Design, implement, upgrade, and maintain all software solutions within the Hospital organization. -Liaison between CMH, Cerner and Experian Vendor to maintain, upgrade and improve lockbox processes -Facilitate with Accounting Departments to improve processes to encourage cash balancing and reconciliation between patient pay, front office and 835’ remits.-Collaborate with EDI team to validate successful inbound 835 remit files-Information System personnel to work with GL team to validate NPI structures -Daily lockbox and FSI Integration with Cerner teams -Assist with change management processes by collaborating with other departments to execute quality functionality and system performance-Troubleshooting: Including PBM rules, Build and Revenue Cycle workflow management -Successful project timeline management
