Im a SharePoint administrator. I manage many enviornments on different versions of SharePoint. I have the most experience in 2010 however my knowledge is growing quickly for O365 and SharePoint 2013.

Order Processing: Process customer interactions from beginning to conclusion: taking orders from clients, entering requests into online ordering system, processing orders, delivering products to customers, and verifying the customer is satisfied with purchase. Customer Service: Address and rectify customer complaints, varying from discontinued items to back-ordered merchandise.

Stocking: Set up product features of excess inventory to best display items for quick purchase. Stocked shelves with assigned merchandise according to corporate layouts. Change product layouts as needed for seasonal change.Loss Prevention: Observe shoppers in vicinity of working area to monitor suspicious behaviors and to report theft as it was witnessed. Completed paperwork for the Claims Department when merchandise packaging was found without the item in it. Inventory Control: Scan all items that did not fit in assigned location and store them in corresponding bins in the back room staging areas. Verified that the count in the bin matched inventory records. Reported any shortages as discovered during audits. Customer Service: Assisted customers in locating items. Answered questions about products and services offered. Fulfillment

Order Processing: Scanned orders and packaged them according to necessary shipping standards. Select proper box type and size in addition to proper packaging materials. Troubleshooting: Fixed equipment as various machinery and/or tools stopped functioning. Addressed issues with orders as they arose, focusing on efficient problem solving.
