I am working as a project coordinator for Siemens Industry Inc. where I prepare and submit billings for subcontracting, manage project documents, and schedule meetings between Sales, Project Managers, and Engineering, and review documents for projects. I am a certified notary for Utah and remote. I have my Bachelors degree in Social Science from Utah State University, and worked as an administrative assistant for them from 2020-2022. In this role, I led a team in our community ed program and worked as a social media administrator. I was a key leader in finding resources for students and community members as well as boosting our team morale through team building activities and lunches. I am a very thorough person and enjoy finding everything I can out about a subject, and bringing it to the team. I love the challenges of working in a team, but can work independently very well. I enjoy continually improving communication skills as a team. In the past year, I have learned how to operate Canva, Outlook Express, Excel, Adobe Premiere Pro, Trello, and other software. I enjoy creativity while simultaneously working on detailed projects.
