In 2014 Cameron made the upgrade from the previous system SAP Legacy to SAP Optimus. I as a Super User was trained in multiple areas and was responsible for playing a huge role in the rollout of the system at my location and the Cameron location in Trinidad. With this knowledge I will continue to be responsible for ensuring my End Users have a resource to fall back on for all issues and questions. To ensure that End Users at my facility and other locations I support, I continue to be responsible for attending update conference calls, additional training and demos as they arise, and be the primary source of contact for End Users.
