- Serve as SME for PPACA (Health Care Reform) requirements, rules and implications. and makes recommendation related to Product direction resulting from regulations - Developed Qualified Health Products per ACA regulations for the IU65 market. This includes conducting and reviewing competitor market research, development of decks, presentations, and communications to influence peers.- Collaborate cross functionally with various internal and external partners e.g. market research, forecasting, finance, medical, training, sales force, medical information, Availity and call centers.- Compile current product portfolio and populated matrices developed by HHS. This information was utilized to populate PlanFinder shopping tool. - Collaborate with Contract Writers to ensure contracts are places into the new simplified format and language is incorporated for the IU65 plans.- Currently participating on workgroup with Network Management to create market testing to determine what products will be created for the ACO market.

Responsible for leading the development of new products by creating non-technical business requirements, supervising multifunctional teams through product-build to achieve business specifications. Manages the process from product development to product launch, ensuring execution is in line with business objectives.
