The intention of our programs is to provide youth with tools that extend beyond their practice so that they can grow into confident, clear-thinking, empowered individuals.kidsrevolving yoga classes offer a unique combination of yoga, global enrichment, creative movement and guided visualization. Targeted by age, no two classes are the same but all share a common theme of exploring the body, mind and spirit while having lots of fun!!! Participants begin with a breathing warm-up and then experience a series of movement explorations based on themes inspired by cultures from around the world, concluding with a tranquil cool-down segment of guided visualization and scrumptious hand/foot rubs.
