Tiffany works with entrepreneurs, community leaders, and educators to foster collaboration and entrepreneurial development. She is a Vice President at Arkansas Capital Corporation, a community development financial institution (CDFI) that empowers entrepreneurs and stimulates regional economic development among underserved communities. Tiffany previously led the ecosystem building initiatives for the Office of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Arkansas where she developed the SEED Framework connecting startups, educators, and economic developers to empower student entrepreneurs. As the Director of Entrepreneurial Communities with the Conductor, she developed programming for diverse groups of stakeholders including policymakers (Arkansas Entrepreneurship Policy Map), entrepreneurs (Level Up), and community leaders (Venture Ecosystem Building Canvas). Tiffany has served as an ESHIP Champion with the Kauffman Foundation, co-State Coordinator for Global Entrepreneurship Week Arkansas, and was the founding board member of 1 Million Cups Russellville. She also served on the provisional council of the Ecosystem Builders Leadership Project, a national initiative aimed at formalizing the profession of ecosystem building. Tiffany has been awarded more than $1M to support ecosystem-building initiatives from organizations including the Kauffman Foundation, Small Business Administration, US Department of Agriculture, and Rural LISC. She has a master’s degree in psychology from Arkansas Tech University and lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
