GlobalFair is a supplier of building materials headquartered in California. We source building materials in Vietnam and India and supply to dealers and projects in various states in the US.I - FACTORY RESEARCH and build a list of factories (suppliers) of different categories: SPC & LVT including PVC film factories, kitchen cabinets, sanitary-wares, quartz countertops, cement, man-made boards, suppliers, hardware; chemicals, etc.).II - FACTORY EVALUATION: I had to make visit to factories and evaluate them thoroughly:✦ Equipment; physical facilities; certificates & technical reports; floor plan for manufacturing & warehousing; max capacity and current volume.✦ Overall manufacturing procedures;✦ Internal QA procedures: tools, labs, and manpower;✦ Packaging, and container loading (materials & procedure).✦ Sample of defective products, why defects come to existence and how they clear them.✦ Making report and discuss with the supply chain team about for final evaluation.III - ORDER MANAGEMENT:✦ Follow the production of the films if new films required;✦ Inspect the samples and send to customers for approval;✦ Work with the factories to come up with a production timeline and QC protocol;✦ Regular visits for inline inspection and timeline adherence: inspect raw board; UV coating; clicksystem precision; underlay and overall finish;✦ Conduct final QC inspection on final unboxed products;✦ Inspect factory’s internal lab tests and collect data;✦ Inspect packaging, palletizing, and container loading.IV - MISCELLANEOUS:✦ Research and work with PVC film factories for SPC orders (color matching or new films).✦ Recurring factory evaluation.✦ Work with laboratories like SGS and Eurofins to arrange and coordinate tests for technical reportsif required by customers.✦ Recruitment of QC engineers; training and supervision.✦ ✦✦ Website: https://myglobalfair.com/
