Tim has over 3 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as a direct staff and has been a practicing behavior analyst since March, 2024. As part of Tim’s journey from Behavior Therapist to Behavior Analyst, he recognized common problems associated with traditional methods of teaching and piloted a push to introduce a technology capable of addressing these concerns.As a BCBA, Tim has worked with boys and girls with autism and other co-morbidities between the ages of 3 and 19. Tim values the process of teaching young children the social, communication, coping, and leisure skills they need to develop success and progress. He places emphasis on the preferences and assent of his clients throughout his care, and does not shy away from addressing uncomfortable and challenging concerns from caregivers.
