As a seasonal sales associate, my role included a multitude of responsibilities ranging from stocking shelves to serving customers. During my short time in this role I learned a lot about what it means to offer good customer service and improve my interpersonal and professional communication skills.

My role at Pizza Hut was to be a member of the kitchen staff. My responsibilities during my time at pizza hut consisted of multiple different tasks within the kitchen. These tasks range from acting as a kitchen porter, to being responsible for keeping the kitchen stocked and making the orders that came in. This role helped me develop my ability to work as an individual and take initiative whilst also improving my communication and teamwork skills.

I Volunteered for this role during my second year of Sixth Form. In this role, I was responsible for assisting the teacher in any way possible. Some examples of tasks I was given ranged from simply ensuring class members gave their full attention to taking small groups through practical experiment demonstrations. This role gave me my first real experience of having to communicate effectively and allowed me to become more confident in my own abilities.
