I always try to think like a customer, looking at the product design as an average user does.I regularly put together design teams, and teach/develop interns and juniors. I am also building up design and business processes which I consider important and influential for business as a whole. I lead the creation and improvement of design products developed by design teams and cross-functional teams, like PR, marketing, social media experts and developers. Together, my team has made a lot products, content, merch, events, presentations, branding and special projects.I can design and realise products from the starting brief till launch independently. My work mainly concerns thorough research of each product. Who uses it, what functions does it have for customers/the target audience/users. What is our goal? — that’s my main question. And I ask a lot of different questions before I start work. I also dive into the customer’s experience because it always has a lot of benefit towards problem solving.I`ve been involved in different projects, mostly focused on communications: branding, motion and 3D, typography, and social media marketing.Throughout my career, I`ve had the chance to create several marketing and communication strategies. It also helps me throughout design consulting for my clients. I have experience in HR communication and creating hiring activities for different companies.I still study: after university I’ve taken specific online courses. For example, I have skills in 3D, kinetic and variable typography. My latest program was patterns of design management — I know how to measure design maturity for companies and how to build up design processes based on this knowledge.
