Hi, I’m Tim. At Lime, I helped launch one of the first major markets as an Operations Manager, oversaw and remotely managed logistics distribution hubs, and developed and oversaw company-wide procurement. More recently, I have established and maintained a company-wide safety program for all 180+ global locations, developed workplace safety training and standard operating procedures, and worked to bring our sustainability goals through smart recycling of end-of-life vehicles and batteries.I am a graduate of the University of Washington. While at UW, I studied Sustainable Urban Development and am proud to hold a geographic information systems (GIS) certificate.I am a veteran of the United States Navy's Submarine Force. During my time in the Navy, I was given increasingly challenging leadership and professional development opportunities, from leading a division and being responsible for the life-saving equipment aboard a nuclear submarine to having the opportunity to be an instructor for both small arms and crew-served weapons systems, along with being a mentor for newly-arrived crew members.
