I joined Parker Hannifin Corporation's Seal Group, O-ring Division as part of their Management Training Program. I spent the first two years in the main manufacturing facility where I learned how to process and convert raw materials into finished goods. Upon spending some time in Quality Assurance as a Supervisor of the Inspection Department I was transferred into Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Applications Engineering where I developed added technical and selling skills. I was asked to join a new product line team as Product Specialist where I was introduced to conductive elastomer development (EMI Shielding) and ultimately became the link between outside sales and the operations team.
