Under the direction of the General Contractor, I the Construction Superintendent serves as a member of the construction management team with broad authority over assigned projects, participating in all phases of construction from project planning to completion. My emphasis is on quality control, evaluation of sub updates of construction schedules. As the superintendent I also manage and direct subcontractors and employees in order to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications of the job.
