I have a deep technical background as a software developer of an ERP solution for the produce/food industry. Over the years, I have become involved as a Strategic Account Manager for some of Produce Pro Software's largest clients and spend much of my time building and maintaining relationships with these clients. Along with this, my time also consists of assisting customers with goals and achieving those goals with the tools Produce Pro Software provides them. Having led many software implementations for our company, I have a vast understanding of not just the ERP software, but also of the produce industry itself and how a produce warehouse can and should operate. For several years now, I have also been involved in the sales process for new clients by performing many of the technical demos of our software package helping lead our company to record sales year after year. I also assist in managing our Strategic Account Management Team as their Technical Team Lead. I am a common escalation point for our team to help resolve big picture items for our clients.Aptean's acquisition of Produce Pro Software in mid-2022 ensures the continued passion that our employees display on a daily basis and the continued success of Produce Pro Software as the premier ERP solution in the produce industry.
