Chaplain Tim Buffaloe has been a pathfinder in the marketplace as an entrepreneur in the visual communications industry for more than twenty years. His career in visual communications actual began while he was still in high school. Having an insightful mother, who recognized and cultivated his skill, Chaplain T gained foundational experience at a very young age. She utilized her influence to secure internships and summer employment from the time that he was twelve years old until he graduated. While growing up on the streets of the District, its influence was eclipsed by his love of museum studies, scientific illustration, and graphic design. The company was noted for offering visual concepts for small businesses engaged in start-up. Chaplain Buffaloe has a knack for helping clients conceptualize their brand or identity. Business turned a corner when his wife, Lisa, joined the company and developed the company's Proposal IT division. BGC begin to hone a reputation for expert Desktop IT support with clients like Raytheon, SAIC, and KPMG, and Bearing Point.Midway his career he began to devote time to working with the homeless and under privileged, remembering his own struggle with homelessness. Integrating his experiences as a Design Consultant with social concerns was a simple challenge. Chap. T (as commonly referred to by those who worked with him) designed social helps projects as easily as he designed logotypes for clients.Today he is a certified Field Chaplain and the Chief Administrative Operative for the New Life Advocacy Council, an agency that specializes in crisis and transitional outreach. He splits his time between vocation and avocation.
