Analyze and maintain high level company accounts and determine their most crucial needs and carries them out to ensure that they receive first-class service. Assume accountability for the complete resolution of assigned customer support cases and work with all internal ABC departments to ensure the appropriate response and communication with the client. Ensure that all clients are educated on and fully utilize the solutions offered and ensure that ABC earns the maximum revenue possible for each client.

Revenue Now is a program that is designed to assist Health Club Owners with the cash that is needed for day to day operations. This program is set up as an Accounts Receivable Advance/Factoring of Membership Agreements. My job is to develop marketing letters, postcards and email blast and using these various avenues to inform our clients of this program. I assess clubs needs as they contact us for these advances and determine the amount available, check for suits, judgments and liens, using this information to establish the terms and discount factor that will be used, complete the necessary paperwork and make sure all deductions are set up properly in our system.

Responsible for Setting up business's on Merchant Service Accounts, reviewing credit card statements and providing analysis on their current rates and fees to what ABC can offer. I am also responsible for viewing reports and offering risk analysis on existing and potential clients. I am a Certified Payments Professional through the Electronics Transactions Association and listed on the Certified Payments Professionl Registry.
