Have been working in Manufacturing for over 10 years. Started my career as an assembler of mass transit assemblies to include passenger doors and door operators. After 4 years decided it was time for a change and took a job as an assembler with Wilcoxon Sensing Technology assembling and testing vibration monitoring sensors. Due to my strong leadership skills and willingness to take on many responsibilities was able to transition into a cell leader early on. A brief 3 years later and after showing great potential as a leader and a willingness to grow was promoted to Production Supervisor. Wilcoxon has invested in me over the past 5 years sending me to Envision Excellence leadership training, lean manufacturing seminars, Dale Carnegie Skills for Success courses and enrolling me in the SMTA Capital Chapter. Have learned and developed many skills including but not limited to solder, welding, sandblasting, Microsoft office, laser etching, robotics, and maintenance.
