I am responsible for all production related tasks for two publishing divisions. In my position, I handle the production timelines for books, DVDs, and assorted media. Duties include: coordinating freelance staff, managing internal staff and budgets, copyediting, book template design and direction, book cover design and direction, coordinating the flow of projects between departments, reviewing project proofs at all stages, and ensuring that all project deadlines are met.

Turned an under-performing store into one of the strongest district performers with a same store sales growth of 35% and customer service scores among the highest in the district. Job responsibilities included: graphic design, public relations, sales, marketing, customer service, implementation of new product initiatives, supply inventory management, job costing, bid proposals, production scheduling, budget and payroll management, project outsourcing, and staff scheduling and development.

Oversaw the redesign of customer’s office products catalog and sales pieces from initial concepts to final printed publications with responsibility for ensuring all pieces were completed by established deadlines. Job responsibilities included: conceptual designs, copy writing, creation of templates and style guidelines, database management, production planning and scheduling, workflow management, staff training, and acting as the main liaison between client’s senior management and employer.
