Leads the Modeling and Simulation (M&S) efforts for 4,400 cadets and 525 military and civilian faculty by raising M&S awareness, infusing M&S into the curriculum, and providing subject matter expertise in M&S. Consults and advises faculty and cadet research projects by helping them effectively utilize M&S to improve and further research. Integrates M&S ideas across academic departments and across mission elements (i.e. Academic courses and Military training). Support and assist in the use of wargaming at USAFA. Act as the single focal point for M&S to the outside community including DoD and the M&S Industry. Leads USAFA in the integration/implementation of DoD and Air Force M&S policies.
