With over 25 years of work experience, I am a seasoned and versatile Principal Scientist who supports the Army's Program Executive Office for Missiles and Space. My core competencies include project team management, trade studies, and product research and development. My mission is to provide innovative and effective solutions for the advancement of missile technologies and capabilities. I am passionate about applying my physics and engineering expertise to address complex and challenging problems in the defense sector. I value collaboration, creativity, and customer satisfaction, and I strive to deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed the expectations of my clients and stakeholders.In my current role at System Studies and Simulation (S3), Inc., I oversee complex weapon projects supporting a large number of the PEO S&M portfolio, which spans across the development, integration, and lifecycle maintenance of sophisticated missile and air defense systems. I identify opportunities for business expansion, develop and manage programs and relationships in strategic markets and accounts, and provide a full array of systems engineering services from R&D to the demonstration of vital missile technologies. I leverage my skills in project team management, trade studies, and product R&D to ensure the successful execution and delivery of the programs. I also collaborate with the Army Futures Command, Aviation Missile Command, Technology Development Directorate, and other partners to support the research and development of the next generation of Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) increments and weapon systems for the Long Range Precision Fires portfolio.
