As operations training manager I planned new hire orientations to prepare team members for specific job responsibilities. I developed detailed step by step operating procedure manuals to reduce errors in electronic medical record system documentation and patient tracking. I also implemented company wide integration to merge all operations activities into one platform post acquisition, this involved transitioning the entire pediatric therapy organization from paper note taking and documentation to electronic medical record documenting. I managed the training team to ensure positive outcomes in employee retention.

Designed metrics and performance standards to manage employees day to day job tasks and responsibilities. I reorganized processes and developed workflows which resulted in a 26% reduction in total lead time from initial referral to patient treatment. I increased employee performance by actively managing work and cultivating a challenging work culture. Each step of the referral to treatment process was charted at each workflow step to reduce patient backlog.

I was given the opportunity to establish a market presence as a last effort to keep board of directors from closing clinic and home therapy operations. While in this position I grew a strong network of referral sources to increase referrals over 325% over a 12 month period. I developed strategic routing plans to target potential and existing referral sources among physicians, hospitals, and community resources. I also prepared monthly and quarterly actions plans to ensure that regional growth in market share was attained. I was also asked to train and develop other regional representatives in their respective markets, this was achieved with monthly coaching and office visits with their most challenging referral sources.

Managed domestic and international customers. Analyzed sales data to establish recommendations for inventory management for customer purchases. Prepared sales presentations for customers and delivered new product offerings for future seasons. Traveled to Hong Kong showroom to learn business from order fulfillment and delivery perspective and to assist in customer presentations.
