• Provides technical/application support to field sales reps, dealers, distributors and customer call center via phone/email.
• Reports trends and resolve issues related to product issues identified by warranty claims to Product Management, Quality Assurance, Research & Development and Engineering.
• Works as liaison to governing bodies such as Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, and Consumer Product Safety Commission.
• Selects, supervises, develops, evaluates and motivates direct report personnel in the Warranty Department.
• Performs product demonstrations/presentations to customers and public, including trade shows, plant tours and field visits.
• Works directly with consumers as a part of Complaint Management.
