I began with Averitt in 1995 as a part time dock worker. Through my 23 years I was awarded many promotions up to Operations Coordinator on our Corporate Operations Team. Key duties included evaluating and improving existing operational processes, developing new processes, deploying new systems and delivering training to operations personnel.
