I began work in the mortgage industry in late 1999. My specialty is helping veterans in securing VA loans to purchase homes, VA IRRL to reduce their payments, and cash out VA loans to take care of projects. I spent ten years in the Marine Corps, my specialty being 60mm mortars, and I am a veteran of Desert Shield/Desert Storm. In addition to VA I handle conventional, FHA, USDA, as well as construction to perm projects. Currently I am able to help clients in New Mexico and Arizona, and California.
