Service Operations Supervisor
Current• Supervise group of 12 individuals making up the ACM Transfer Team that is responsible for completing several projects involving agent mergers and acquisitions. • Advise on various issues that arise from department staff to ensure actions are in compliance with both state & company regulations• Clearly communicate expectations and roles for staff involved in various projects in a timely manner• Handle escalated issues from Agents regarding Foremost & State rules and regulations • Assist in the development and implementation of changes and amendments to the Agency Agreement• Work with National Account Managers and Legal to negotiate changes to agreements• Continually participate in self-development opportunities including SMART People Manager, Leadership Legacy, and other University of Farmers courses• Use good time management skills to meet or exceed given deadlines for multiple, simultaneously assigned projects while maintaining a high levels of quality and accuracy on each• Train new employees on the systems and procedures used to complete assigned projects• Create correspondence used by team members to communicate with independent agents• Improve existing processes and procedures by rethinking and rewriting them to maximize efficiency in production• Collaborate across multiple teams & departments to implement changes and updates to processes
