Whilst I have worked in various areas of the IT industry (production support, management reporting, change management, IS management), my most recent IT experiences are within the software testing field. Working within various testing levels (operations, team leadership, team management), I consider that I am most effective in the management roles with a personal preference for situations that require management to be closely involved with operational staff - due to my experience and skills within various operational testing roles.Goals:1. Maintaining a balance between theoretical study pursuits and work experiences.I have always sought to maintain a balance between theoretical study and practical work experience, having worked through an Associate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree (both IT focused) and currently working through my Masters (Business and Technology).2. Always being an effective, efficient and positive contributor on the project that I work within and for the employer that I work.3. To establish myself as an expert within the testing field, whilst acknowledging the expertise and contribution of others.Specialties: Briefly:Test management in large software development projects, requiring the establishment of a testing framework that works within the project environment. Most recently, an SAP implementation involved - the design and implementation of operational testing practises within the Mercury Quality Center application (incl workflow customisation),- the design and implementation of an automated testing framework using Mercury's Quick Test Professional application.
