Product Manager: Manage a portfolio of services that evaluate and address threats to the Microsoft Ecosystem at enterprise scale including areas of Fraud, Piracy, Corruption, and Security. Accountable for end-to-end lifecycle management from Vision through Sustain including OKR performance measurement.Team Lead: Assisted in long range planning, training, work process design, project management, and day-to-day operational assistance for up to 8-person multi-discipline team that included work across Finance, TPM, Data Science, Data Analysis, Gatting and Vetting Services, Technical Writing and Core Services roles.Program Management: Breadth of work includes broader Planning, Sustain Program Management and Project tasks, including cross-functional process deep dives to identify simplification opportunities, documenting benefits, collecting and presenting stakeholder buyoff, process and system requirements creation, email and newsletter comm ghost writing, training, and coordinating Steerco outreach.

Responsible for attracting, developing and retaining a high performing team of Program Managers in Licensing Operations. Accountable to ensure Programs deployed can be executed efficiently, effectively and with efficacy. Role included acceptance and support via internal systems, functional teams and processes in a manner that provides a clear alignment between individual programs and general business strategy. Other accountabilities: Assessing new business proposals to design implementation plans, recruitment, allocation and evaluation of resources. Position included developing overall strategy, detailed business requirements portfolio development, resourcing, scheduling and budgeting against Microsoft’s software development lifecycle, business process re-engineering plans for all organizational processes surrounding implementation and use.Included leading mid-scale PMO efforts: stakeholder reviews, resource planning, budgeting maintenance, staffing, creating IT partnerships, process analysis design and development framework for requirements.
