* Managed sales and self service performance for the BankCard and Mortgage and Home Equity products* Worked on various projects performing business architecture type functions to assist the Digital Channel team and the Digital Technology teams* Worked in an Enterprise Lending Origination project to assist the Digital Channel in implementing new Digital Mortgage Solution

● Successfully manage all aspects of the day to day Digital functions and staff that support the US Online Channel Operations including all incident response handling, communications and resolution tracking, supporting approximately 3.5 million active customers and receiving over 1 billion customer interactions per year from visits to TDBank.com and use of the Online Banking systems● Successfully developed and implemented internal policies and procedures instrumental in satisfying Audit and regulatory findings● Built and maintained vital partner relationships with internal technology teams and executive leadership, call center leadership as well as TD Bank Retail executive leadership● Served as primary program manager for all Online Channel integration activities for four bank acquisitions during a 18 month period in 2010 - 2011● Managed several vendor relationships for vendors that provide services and system support used within the Online Channel

Managed the Online Banking systems and Operations, planning and implementation from their inception in 1997● Successfully managed these systems from their first 25K online customers over 2 million active users when Commerce was acquired by TD in 2007● Managed several vendor relationships worth between $8MM - $10MM annually.● Worked with vendors to successfully achieve several million in expense saves and reductions through contract negotiations.● Served as manager of implementation activities related to the system and corporate integration of Commerce Bank into TD Bank. ● Successfully served as the primary product owner and program manager for the BusinessDirect Small Business Online Banking platform that was launched in Oct 2007.

Manged all aspects of the Online Banking and Telephone Banking IVR platform including the day to day business operations, most of the technology operations related to the Online and IVR systems. Was the primary interface to all vendors engaged in supporting and providing services for the online systems

Held a variety of positions with increased responsibilities within the organization over a 12 year period. The bank was acquired or changed names six times during this period which required a variety of role changes within the organization
