Analyze and foster vendor relations in addition to assisting in the negotiation and implementation of new supply contracts, daily responsibilities include:• Develop, maintain and oversee vendor relationships • Provide superior customer service by collaborating with internal and external groups • Monitor contract governance & performance• Assist in contractual risk management• Facilitate escalations and follow through to resolution• Analyze various business segments to determine sourcing opportunities• Participate and guide the RFP/RFQ process and facilitate contract negotiation strategy• Contract negotiation • Assist with financial requests • Create monthly reporting

Over see the review and analysis for the DCP customer portfolio relating to Credit and Collections including: • Develop, maintain and oversee credit policies and procedures• Manage/Coach Credit & Collections Department staff• Analyze various financial and qualitative information to make educated credit decisions• Complete and distribute to management daily/monthly reporting relating to credit and collections function in addition to addressing any ad-hoc requests• Negotiates credit provisions in various trading contracts, credit enhancements or collateral agreements• Manage relationships with suppliers including any margin requests of DCP• Collaborate with various groups both internal and external for credit related issues including commercial, legal, contract administration, risk management, and accounting• Foster customer relations externally for both credit and collections• Act as a contact for any audit requests• Assist in all phases of counterparty bankruptcies• Support the cash management group • Special projects as required

Manage day to day operations including:• Daily scheduling and dispatching of deliveries• Process daily bank deposits • Complete accounts receivable invoicing• Code and send accounts payable invoices to corporate for processing• Complete month end process and reporting and send to corporate • Customer service and collection calls• General office sales• Special projects as requested

Management of money to and from the casino floor over 24 hour shift, duties included: • Manage 3 shifts of employees including scheduling, hiring etc• Oversee daily casino drop including coins and bill acceptors• Maintain vault balances to ensure they were within acceptable levels• Develop and maintain hard count procedures• Special projects as requested
