I am a Business Systems Manager for a finance group that offer automotive & personal finance across Australia & NZ. With substantial hands on technical experience, I lead & mentor a team of business system analysts that conduct business analysis, low code development & quality assurance functions across critical business system applications.Responsibilities: • Lead & mentor a team of business system analysts. • Accountable for Australian business critical applications - credit decisioning & loan servicing applications.• Lead & execute large to medium scale projects through agile project management practices in Atlassian.• Conduct business analysis activities such as requirement elicitation, specification documentation, wireframing & diagramming. • Hands on development experience with low-code, no-code & code across business applications, databases & API’s. • Implement end to end quality assurance processes including; technical code review, SIT testing & user acceptance testing. Achievements:• Completed two successful data migrations into a loan management system using SQL, & other data migration tools.• Refactored a low code loan management system to scale with the business enabling growth of the loan book to $910 million dollars. • Launched a new software development life cycle & project governance through Atlassian products – JIRA & Confluence. Atlassian was used to support business critical applications & reduced go live defects. • Moved a credit decision application in house to be supported by my internal team to save daily consultancy costs of $1k plus. The credit decisioning application was originally being supported by an external consultancy company.

Lead & ran a major custom logistics project that was tasked to manage stock across all business entities within the group, while also contributing to technical BAU tasks that arose through the various business functions. Responsibilities:• Project managed a team of Laravel PHP developers, .Net developers & business analysts.• Provided technical support for BAU operations, such as; SQL reporting, system / configuration changes, & minor development coding in HTML, SQL, CSS, JavaScript & PHP. • Lead major projects across the Essential Group including infrastructure uplifts, manufacturing process improvements, ERP & CRM process improvements & new custom application builds such as a new logistics system across the group. Achievements: • Enhanced the business intelligence capability at Make It Mine by extending reporting capabilities in a third-party application called Yellowfin. Reporting capability went from 30% to 100% coverage of their ERP system. • Product coordinated & conducted all business analyses on a debt collection system project. The project involved creating an automated debt collection system module with the ERP system. The implementation of the debt collection system increased collections by 20% & saved on staff resourcing in the contact centre. • Conducted business analysis on an automated credit decisioning / compliance score card system. The automated credit decisioning system processed automatic approvals & declines for loan applications, which significantly reduced manual credit analyst intervention by 45%.
