I started with Tudor Publishing Company where my first role was providing telephone technical support of our software applications and Internet services to our customers. From there I moved toward providing desktop, server, and network support internally for the company. This included maintenance, support and administration of primarily Windows based PC's.

Initially part time, my duties included receptionist, telephone operator, cashier, and patient admissions. I eventually accepted a full time position as the swing shift telephone operator then transferred to full time patient admissions. I worked directly with the nursing, medical and other administrative staff to document and provide for patient care.
