CurrentMy experience at Procter & Gamble has mostly been in our upstream Global BioSciences Division, specifically in the design, development, and utilization of biochemical and cell based assays. My work has contributed to the development of several different technologies progressing through the pipeline into marketed products and has contributed credentialing and IP support for over 25 technologies in Skin Care, Personal Health Care, Hair Care, and Oral Care products. Product brands included Olay, SKII, New Chapter, Head & Shoulders, Herbal Essences , DDF, Blend-A-Med, and Crest. My experience also includes molecular biology techniques (plasmid construction & gene design), recombinant protein production, protein purification, and biomarker (protein, DNA, mRNA, & metabolite) detections. I have active collaborations internal and external including product technical teams, scientific external relation teams, patent attorneys, and outside technologists/companies. I have directly coached 13 research associates in my lab.
