- Gathered and guided a group 48 high school students and parent-volunteers on an annual mission trip to Chinandega which included work at orphanages, countryside, hospitals, and prisons - Trained and provided resources for missionaries to raise ~$200,000 donations and supplies, 100% of which were spent on supplies, materials, and funds for the people we served on site.

- Raised $300,000 in 2015 capital campaign and oversaw facility upgrades and maintenance- Successfully ran every aspect of a 16-bedroom niche retreat center during year over year growth of guests, events, operating revenue and volunteerism.
