My work history includes: developing and designing extrusion dies and related manufacturing equipment for the manufacture of plastic extrusions. I also designed injection molded and thermoformed components as well as supervised the testing laboratory and mentored several technicians to improve verbal and written skills. I have also designed and developed special manufacturing equipment.My notable accomplishment includes being awarded multiple patents for unique solutions to competitive and manufacturing constraints. I have proven leadership skills by managing projects from conception to final production.
