Current• Developed Installation Qualification (IQ) Protocols and proved the equipment was installed for its intended use. • Developed Operational Qualification (OQ) Protocols and proved the equipment functions for its • Performed time studies to evaluate performance and maintain cost at the bid rate. • Time studies were used to streamline production flow processes.• Work with real-time on-line Statistical Process Control data collection system to monitor quality metrics. • Work closely with customers to implement cost reductions.• Provide manufacturing engineering support for start-up production, “First Article” builds, and full production runs. • Investigate and solve engineering / manufacturing problems encountered during production cycles.• Interface with R&D to provide engineering support concerning production requirements, manufacturing issues, manufacturability improvements, product enhancements and cost reduction opportunities. • Prepare detailed assembly process sheets including drawings, tables, graphics, and digital / scanned images.• Investigate, approve and implement internal engineering change requests and assembly process change requests. • Design and create custom wire assembly fixtures to improve quality, reduce manufacturing time, and insure repeatability during and between production runs.• Participated in ISO activities including writing of procedures and work instructions and auditing of areas with overlapping responsibilities.
