After gaining my a lot of experience in cleaning carpet, upholstery, tile and grout I ventured out on my own so that I could take the time to personalize and dedicate myself to each client 100%. I take great pride in each job I do. I know the best products to use for each different situation and diagnose the problems instead of just doing a generic cleaning because there is no one size fits all. Some examples would be treating high traffic areas differently from other areas in the house. Also pet odor is a problem a lot of people have to deal with. So many times people think the problem is pet urine when actually it may just be pet oils which needs to be treated completely differently. To treat someone's whole house for urine stains could cost more then the carpet itself. I use a special light to only detect the areas that need that type of treatment. There are so many other situations that need to be addressed properly to not only fix the problem but also save money. One main reason I am happy to have my own business is so that I don't have time constraints and I work until the job is done and always come back when notified to work more on any specific spots that may need more attention.
