Partnered with Clinic Executive Leadership to oversee the HR functions of a large multispecialty clinic. Working with leadership in coaching, employee engagement, benefit administration, performance improvement, and acquisitions, I supported the accelerated growth of the clinic through strategic goals. I was the lead HR representative for a large orthopedic hospital and physician practice acquisition as well as other multiple independent clinic operations. During the early stages of the clinic’s development, was instrumental in adoption and formation of the organization’s culture.

Maintained the benefit management of 23,000 members enrolled in four health plan products (i.e., HMO, HRA, Dental, and Vision) St. John’s Health System and St. John’s Regional Medical Center, including six regional hospitals and seventy clinic offices. Co-owner and contributor for the maintenance of all benefit documents.

Springfield, Missouri Area

Performed the duties of Project Manager for St. John’s health plan offerings while working as part of a team with system leaders on the design and implementation of a new health plan. Maintained all project deadlines and milestones through the coordination of resources, attending to ongoing issues, and leading progress meetings with Steering and Communications committees. Structured and implemented a call center for members to use as a resource for Q&A prior to and during Open Enrollment period. Created Dashboard metrics to compare demographics and utilization between HMO membership and HRA membership with assumptions and rationale for measurements.
