Tim is currently Representing and Consulting Aerospace clients and manufacturers with Leading Edge Partners (LEP) in Southern California, helping clients nationwide increase their Sales Leadership and Account Management presence with key commercial, military and space accounts within the region. A secondary role at LEP is Judgement Recovery of assets on behalf of property owners. LEP has the processes and negotiating skills to proactive petition the County and/or Courts throughout the USA, for the return of funds owed to property owners,Tim joined AMETEK Aerospace & Defense in 2007 as the Western United States Regional Business Manager, and successfully identified, pursued and won over $400M in life of program wins within the Commercial, Military and Space sectors, and developed a pipeline of an additional $400M. Prior to joining AMETEK, as VP and COO (Chief Opportunities Officer) for Flight Deck Resources (FDR) Inc, Tim led a Sales and Operations team that provided cockpit hardware and software for the company he co-founded in 2001. For the 14 years prior to joining FDR, Tim excelled through several leadership positions of increased responsibility with Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, transforming the way the world moves. Progressing from Supervisor to Manager to Leader, Tim excelled at ensuring the customers and their input came first, and the products and programs offered added value to the aviation marketplace. Life prior to an enriching career at Jeppesen included USAF Officer Training School followed by flying USAF aircraft where his number of takeoffs (luckily) equaled his number of landings. A California native, Tim earned a B.S. in Political Science from CSU Dominguez Hills and SDSU (just in case flying didn’t work out) and an A.A. Degree in Aerospace Science from San Diego’s Grossmont College.
