Responsible for tracking the installation of marketing campaigns and performing quality control throughout the install process. Once install is complete to the customer's specifications, I would create a report to be seen by the customer as proof the job was done. In addition, I would work with co-workers from different departments about how to strategize and achieve success if issues would arise during the install process.During my time I have contributed to trying to make the company more efficient by building a mobile application using a "no code" app builder and by creating tutorials/educational content to get a better end product for the customer.

Unfortunately, the company did not have the hours for me to maintain full time benefits and I had to leave to find more stable work.

As a Field Researcher for CoStar group my main goal was to capture real time commercial real estate data and marketing photography. This work varied from retail, industrial, flex, or office buildings, to tenant data, leasing data, and sale data. All photography was used as means to catalog the building or to advertise it online for Loopnet.com, as well as multifamily properties on Apartments.com. Photography included video, 3D matterport tours, drone photography, and DSLR bracketing photography.After a year with the company I was promoted from Field Researcher 1 to Field Researcher 2. In addition I was chosen as a lead in the field, and was often counted upon to train new hires as well as mentor employees on a performance improvement plan. This led to my candidacy for the companies mentor/mentee program twice and their S.O.A.R program meant for those that were to be promoted to other positions.Finally I wrote, recorded, and produced an internal podcast for employees to listen to while driving, that was to be a way to distribute/share knowledge as all employees in the field research department often never met. I proposed the podcast to upper management and was soon tasked with the whole operation. Unfortunately due to life events I had to resign my position to move to Minneapolis where no transfers were available.

Quickly rising the ranks from a Catalog photographer to Catalog Photography Manager, my main task was to catalog and capture marketing photography for this high end auction house. Auctioning everything from planes, cars, firearms, fine art, and artifacts, I was challenged daily by what to photograph and how.After promotion I completely innovated photography operations to be quicker and smoother. As well as hiring a new assistant and producing an intern program to help with workload management. However I left for a better position before hiring an intern.
