Tim has extensive Property & Casualty, leadership, and technical experience. Throughout his career Tim lead expansive and diverse teams and has current oversight of a department composed over 115 individual contributors and leaders. He has handled and overseen complex litigation, including settlements of multi-million dollar losses in commercial and personal lines arenas. He has provided sworn testimony on significant insurance coverage matters and testified in numerous extra-contractual cases. He served as the program manager for the design, development and delivery of ERIE's 52,000 sf state-of-the-art Technical Learning Center (TLC). Tim served as Delivery Manager within Learning & Development where he managed a talented group of trainers charged with identifying, developing and delivering educational solutions that support and align with ERIE's corporate vision. Tim's section included the faculty at the TLC as well as the field training team positioned throughout ERIE's footprint. The TLC offers experiential learning opportunities in the areas of material damage, property and commercial insurance for ERIE's Employees and independent agency force. He lead the project manager group within Learning & Development and was responsible for identifying and prioritizing key training needs and then developing and delivery effective solutions throughout the organization. Currently, Tim collaborates with a leadership team that oversees a large volume of commercial and personal lines auto claims in the States or Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. During his tenure in his current role, Tim’s efforts, along with those of his management team has lead to positive transformational change, in terms of employee engagement, diversity and objective performance results. Tim is a collaborative leader who is actively involved in mentoring and coaching, DEI initiatives, strategy and employee development. Tim has mentored dozens of individuals who have moved on to leadership positions. Tim holds the Senior Claims Law Associate and Associate in Claims designations, among several other insurance designations. He has completed numerous DEI activities, including being Level 1 and 2 certified, as a Diversity Champion. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
