Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations pertaining to food safety, wellness, occupational health, safety and environmental protection.• Provide strategic operational leadership of EHS in order to achieve industry best in class performance• Provide oversight on all onsite food service, corporate wellness, onsite clinic management and wellbeing initiatives • Communicate EHS progress, status, and issues to senior leaders; proactively build awareness through continuous communication strategies. • Coach and mentor safety and wellness professionals and other key staff to achieve professional growth and improved business performance• Perform a leadership role in worker’s compensation incident investigation, and case management and provide guidance in identifying deficiencies or areas needing loss control and arrange for corrective measures• Support development and continuous improvement of the Environmental, Health and Safety Management System including ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)

WELLNESS RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead Corporate Wellness Committee (LIFE Team) - Coordinate Corporate Wellness Initiatives and Programs (Health Risk Assessments (HRA's), Stress Management, Tobacco/Smoking Interventions, Brown Bag Lunches, and Self Care) - Coordinate Corporate Wellness events (Blood Drives, Flu Shot Clinic, Poker Walk, Football Walk) - Coordinate Weight Watchers at Work Program - Coordinate Corporate Fitness Center - Manage InHealth Wellness Center (Interra Health and Nurse Practitioner)- Manage company food service (cafeteria) and vending machines (A-Z Vending) SAFETY & ERGONOMICS RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for the organization and reporting of Worker's Compensation claims - Responsible for procedures on injury and incident reporting - Maintain company OSHA 300 log - Coordinate stocking of first aid cabinets - Coordinate the company Ergonomics Program - Perform Workstation Ergonomic Evaluations - Administer the New Hire Safety Training (Safety Orientation) - Conduct on-site Safety Training (emergency procedures, fire evacuation and tornado training) - Coordinate Safety Shoe Program - Coordinate Hearing Conservation Program - Assist with corporate security, access control system, theft reporting and workplace violence programs - Co-Lead on-site Emergency Response Team (ERT) and their training - K-LINE Steering Committee Member

Served as Treasurer on the Executive Board for 5 years and prior served as an Advisory Board Member.• Consists of representatives from Well City - Fox Cities employers who are actively involved in workplace wellness or have the ability to influence it within their organizations.• Acts as advisors to the Executive and Sub-committees for overall direction of the initiative• Review, advise and endorse recommendations made by the Executive and Sub-committees.• Ensures that the initiative has a functional and realistic Strategic Plan• Actively engages in recruiting other organizations to the Well City – Fox City initiative• Provides direction to and support for other employers who are developing a Well Workplace culture and are applying for their Well workplace designation.• Primarily responsible for mentoring new organizations and facilitating training. • Actively involved in one or more sub-committees, serving a minimum of 2 years• Actively participates in Advisory Board meetings
