As the Midwest Region Tri-Fund Coordinator at Laborers' Health & Safety Fund of North America (LH&S Fund), I have over four years of experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve the well-being and productivity of construction workers and contractors. With a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Labor Law Certificate from the University of Illinois, I have a strong legal background and a passion for advancing the rights and interests of laborers in the industry. I also leverage my skills in marketing communications and data analysis to create and deliver effective campaigns, reports, and presentations that inform, educate, and engage our stakeholders and partners. My mission is to support the LHSFNA Fund's vision of creating a safer, healthier, and more sustainable construction environment in the Midwest region and beyond. I am proud to be part of a team that works with unions, employers, regulators, and community organizations to promote best practices, standards, and policies that benefit both workers and the industry.
