As Sales Director I managed the Inside Sales Team, Customer Service Team, the Tuner line of business and the South Asia Pacific International Territory. In addition to those responsibilities I helped with everything from new product pricing and strategies to forecasting new and current products. The Inside Sales Team and Customer Service Team are responsible for answering the phones in the call center, dealer inquiries, walk in customers, outbound sales campaigns, monitoring and enforcing our MAPP policy, handling our different dealer programs and our Roush Speed Shop install center. With the Tuner Line of Business and my International territory, I was responsible for approximately 40 accounts. I was able to build strong and sustainable relationships with our key accounts through honesty, integrity, and hard work. I worked with them to ensure that we have a winning strategy for both ROUSH and their respective business. Through this we were able to see strong year over year growth and continued support of all the ROUSH Programs. I also did collaborative forecasting with my top accounts so we could make sure that we had as much intel regarding future demand as possible. We reviewed those forecasts to make sure they were ordering and stocking the right parts and the correct volume for their business.
