Built an underwriting staff which was known for its diversity in multiple cities. Provided direct supervision for underwriters, managers and data/ administrative personnel.• Designed and developed exclusive renewals segmentation for underwriting within Business Loan Solutions (BLS)-Portfolio Management group. • Expanded from Business Banking to all LOBs as a result of the efficiencies realized and competencies demonstrated. This included the entire footprint of the bank coast to coast.• Continued expansion for the entire period to $10MM in aggregate debt/$50MM in sales.• Credit Risk Officer for all LOBs in the BLS segment. Oversaw loan renewals, covenant waivers, Moody’s risk ratings, payment deferments and ARMS transfers. • Oversaw Triage process for the bank which ultimately eliminated most annual reviews for the <$5MM portfolio.
