I currently manage the Dosimetry department at all Ackerman Cancer Center locations. Work with a great team of 6 dosimetrists to prepare photon, electron, HDR, SRS and proton treatment plans. Because we have so many treatment modalities at our disposal, it creates a great learning and growing environment for our dosimetry staff.

I oversee all of the technical operations at Ackerman Cancer Center. In 2008, I supervised and coordinated the construction of 18,000 sf Radiation Therapy Center. I coordinated the construction and successful opening of a new free-standing Mevion Proton Center at our Jacksonville location, Imaging system installations include PET/CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound and Bone Density. A new building addition to our Amelia Island office was completed successfully in 2017. I am currently working on the construction and installation of a second Mevion S250 system featuring HYPERSCAN, Mevion's new pencil beam proton therapy technology.

Experience in all aspects of practice management including: staffing, budgeting, patient account supervision, new procedure implementation, contract negotiation, staff education, quality assurance and statistical reporting. I also designed, planned and supervised the construction of two cancer centers with complete technology upgrade, electronic medical record implementation and cancer service integration.
