Conduct extensive analysis of dealer financial data to identify profitability of every machine sold over a defined time period, including estimating the potential profit attributed to product support over the life of the machine. Collaborate with dealers on findings, develop marketing and sales recommendations, and facilitate workshops between multiple parties to develop implementation plans to drive action and accountability.

Engineer in the Ergonomics Group of the Machine Research Division. Focused on ergonomic testing and valiadation of new and current products for improvement projects. Worked directly with end user machine operators to better understand the opportunities to improve the user experience. Received two United States patents for new machine control concepts. Pioneered the use of motion capture technology for quantifying and evaluating machine operator motion and ergonomic risk.
