-Image, configure and support 700+ Dell desktop/laptops, 125+ IBM POS terminals, various other front of house and back of house equipment-Answer service calls from users via helpdesk tickets, phone, and e-mail-Issues include front and back of house hardware/software, corporate applications, CISCO phone hardware/system, printer, Microsoft suite, server, vendor support, etc.-Write/publish knowledge base articles, provide high level customer service to all internal employees and casino patrons.-Maintain and troubleshoot special devices and applications for the slot floor. Product expert and project lead when it comes to iPad table signs and iPod KAI devices. -Maintain the updates and imaging for exchange kiosks on the floor.-Train department and staff when new technologies arrive and maintain a high level of support for the product/service for future users.

- Responsible for tracking and maintaining service request SLA's for in house repairs and service center repairs. Audit paperwork daily and train agents as needed. Support and enforce corporate SOP as is pertains to the GeekSquad culture.- Assist Geeksquad management and Store management with customer issues and complaints- Help Customers at the counter with identifying issues with their Device- Back up the repair team when service demand was high to lower SLA repair times

Maintain and support technology throughout the school district. Work directly with Administrators, Staff and Students with their technology needs. Duties ranged from desktop and laptop support to training to new technology research and purchase. Was responsible for 6 of 18 locations and over 1500 computers and related technology items. Also was responsible for district computer Image creation and deployment for summer refresh. Helped mentor and train student interns after school within my assigned buildings. Helped create the department inventory system and product tracking system. Helped teach the department provided A+ certification class for Interns and employees.

Wixom Mi

Built computers in a production environment. Performed Quality Control checks on computers before they were packaged up and delivered to the customers. Installed and maintained data infrastructures at customer sites. Supported customer desktops and laptops in various school districts in a warranty service environment.
