Tim Stamper is a Principal working out of the Detroit office at SullivanCotter. Tim works with clients in the health care industry, with emphasis in physician compensation matters including competitive pay assessments, evaluation and redesign of compensation programs, fair market value reviews and guidance related to market best practices.Recent projects include the following:• Designing physician total compensation programs for health care clients in order to link compensation with business strategies and promote pay-for-performance culture.• Preparing formal opinion letters regarding the fair market value and commercial reasonableness of compensation provided to employed and contractor physicians of not-for-profit 501(c)(3) and (c)(4) organizations.• Conducting competitive market compensation and productivity assessments for employed physicians.• Identifying and defining organization and individual performance measures and criteria for incentive and performance management programs.• Serving as an interim physician compensation lead at a large health care system to assist with process improvement related to the compensation decision making process, contracting issues and pay programs.In addition to his client work, Tim serves as a Client Delivery Team Leader, managing a team of Associates to effectively add value to clients through career development/progression and workforce planning.
