Responsible for managing a sales team of 7 Advertising Consultants and 206 dealer clients: Produce revenue through cultivation of new business accounts as well as building strong sustainable relationships to add additional products and processes with established clients. Assist dealers in selecting appropriate inventory level and vehicle mix. Identifies dealerships’ financial and operational deficiencies and make recommendations to dealer management for improved performance, including sales pay plans, processes, etc. Ensures dealers adhere to co-op operating standards and takes corrective actions to improve dealer customers market representation. Assists dealers in developing advertising and merchandising strategies to effectively promote and sell vehicles. Inform dealers on new products, product and company developments, incentives and promotions. Develop and conducts retail sales process and product knowledge training. Train district personnel in effective customer relations techniques and e-commerce. Recommend and assist in the implementation of plans and programs for improving sales and overall corporate satisfaction. Assist regional staff with new product launch. Prepare reports detailing progress of personal and competitive market information. Conduct monthly sales meetings, Weekly team conference calls, In- Field ride along training and Bi-Weekly webinars. Develop marketing programs to expand sales and reinforce product awareness, recall and adoption. Recruit and train personnel, managing for excellence.
